Wu Dang Kung Fu Academy is located at 49 Research Drive, Milford Connecticut。Established in the year of 2007, we have been serving the Greater New Haven area for over 15 years. Master Jack Guo, with his passion to spread and develop this unique Chinese Martial Arts-also known as Kung Fu in the U.S., is dedicated himself in various ways to get more and more local Americans involved in learning and practicing Kung Fu. Our motto is Respect, Unity, Humility and Discipline. At Wu Dang, the primary goal is on the physical and mental development of our students.
The headmaster, Jack Guo, with the experience of instructing students of various age groups over 2 decades, is a multiple national and world champions himself. Because of his passion for these unique martial arts, also known as Wu Shu, he settled in the United States and his studio has been serving the Great New Haven area for over 15 years. Chinese Kung Fu is now engaging more and more residents and benefits to their mental and physical health. So far, there are over 30 students selected and qualified in the US National Wu Shu Team and won national and international championships. Their long term commitment and dedication to Kung Fu greatly aided in the college admission and created a foundation for future success.
Kung Fu originated in China, but it belongs to the World. It is our goal to build up physical and mental health for our students through scientific training programs. Kung Fu is much more than kicking, punching, and fighting. It has been designed as a non-violent art system of a philosophy and a way of life, expressed by our motto of” Respect, Unity, Humility and Discipline”.
